CHANGE IN MEETING LOCATION FOR FEBRUARY: Because of the Gem Show, we are meeting at U-Like Buffet, which is just north of River Road on Oracle (where the Hometown Buffet used to be).

Policing differs not only by region but by department; each has different operating procedures. Join us in welcoming Lt. Kara Riley from the Oro Valley Police Department, who will offer us an overview of the OVPD, including community policing efforts and different programs in Oro Valley. Lt. Riley has been a police officer since 1992, including more than nine years at OVPD. For the past five years, she has served as the Chief’s Executive Officer, who holds the responsibilities of training, the office of professional standards and the public information officer.
We’ll have a delicious lunch, and a fun drawing.

Did you know that audiobooks sales have now surpassed regular book sales? Learn what to expect in the process, royalty share vs. per finished hour, appropriate scripts to post, a VO’s point of view and more.
