Arson is a criminal act in itself, but it can also be used to commit insurance fraud, to murder, or to attempt to cover up a murder. And fire’s a destructive force that impacts the evidence left behind. Join Sean Garnand, representing the International Association of Arson Investigators, who will be speaking to us on the work of investigating arson cases. Because this is such a broad topic, this presentation will cover both morning and afternoon sessions.
