Approximately four years ago, Tom Mooney, Marana Police Department’s Crime Scene Supervisor, spoke to us about the cold case he had been working on since November 25, 1987, when a body was found in a culvert under the frontage road east of I-10 between West Tangerine Road and the Marana Road Exit.
