BLEEDER: Undaunted and zealous. Radio crime reporter Lisa Powers is shocked to learn about the violent and often silent world of domestic violence and is thrust in front of an intense confrontation which forever changes her. While investigating a cold case, she is close to discovering who gunned down a mom in her front yard, but in her drive to seek the truth, the killers find her first. Lisa covers the trial for the cop shooter who took her hostage, and now she must come face-to-face with him in court each day. In her “Murder in the Air Mystery Theatre” podcast, there’s a dead art gallery owner, a missing painting and plenty of suspects in "Art of the Steal." Book #3 is available in e-book and paperback, with audiobook coming in late 2022.
DEAD AIR - Determined and stubborn. Young radio crime reporter Lisa Powers covers a double cop shooting that tears the community apart at the risk of her own emotional health. Her cold case is a 1999 sexual assault involving a child, and Lisa is determined to help the now 19-year-old victim move forward with her life. Lisa’s “podcast,” which she writes for fun at night after covering gritty crime stories during the day, is a film noir style story of a 1940s private eye and a dame. Only “L. N. Pane, P.I.” is the dame, and a gentleman seeks help finding who is out to kill him. Book #2 is available in e-book, paperback and audiobook.
FADE OUT - Impetuous and driven. Lisa investigates the arson death of a prominent socialite but finds herself threatened by a woman with a deadly knife. She discovers unimagined horrors while tracking down a missing father, and dodges bullets investigating the cold case of a kidnapped and murdered bank executive. In her “Murder in the Air Mystery Theatre” podcast, no one’s laughing in the “Frightful Fun House” when a young couple gets trapped inside with a dead body. Book #1 is available in e-book, paperback and audiobook.
